• Forty-four percent of buyers’ agents report that staging increased the financial offer on a home
• Twenty-five percent say it increases its dollar value by 1 to 5 percent, and 12 percent said it increases the dollar value 6 to 10 percent.

Other trends in real estate are also developing. Buyers are now being influenced by popular shows on HGTV & TLC – some even expect to see homes staged as they are shown on TV.

First impressions are also being made online with the growth of internet listing websites, pictures and virtual tours. Professionally staged homes will help get more potential buyers in the door.
